Summerhill of Apple Valley is a not-for-profit cooperative corporation for senior independent living. Our housing cooperative is formed to allow active adults, 55+ years or older, to join together to own a community facility in which to live.
A democratically run community brings us together to enjoy each other socially and economically. Neighbors frequently meet and talk in the comfort of our common areas.
Many activities are planned and run by the residents. Participate as you please in card games, table pool, resident parties, pot lucks, day trips and many other events. Take a worry-free vacation for an extended time; your unit will be cared for and secure, and your neighbors will welcome you back on your return. Yes, you will have about 120 new friends. |
